| 2. | By reason of its open structure, communications over the Internet may be delayed, interrupted or corrupted. JETCO cannot be responsible for any delay or error in your payment, or for any unauthorized instructions, or for any payment to a wrong party. |

| 4. | JETCO's liability for any loss is limited to an amount equal to HK$100 or, if less, your direct damages. In no event is JETCO liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss (even if it has notice of the possibility of such losses). JETCO is not liable for the consequences of any event outside its control. |
