It is the policy of Joint Electronic Teller Services Limited ("JETCO") to respect your privacy and to keep your personal information confidential.

Data collection
You may be requested to supply JETCO and its members with data in connection with a service.
Failure to supply such data may mean that the service cannot be provided.
Data may also be collected in the ordinary course of JETCO's operations, for example, when you are using a service.

Data held
JETCO may hold the following kinds of personal data: your customer reference number, and certain other personal information.

Use
The main purposes for which your personal data may be used are:
- the provision of the service
- JETCO's operations and administrative requirements
- designing new services
- marketing services to you
- meeting requirements to make disclosure under any law applicable in or outside Hong Kong
- auditing
- related purposes

Disclosure
Your personal data held by JETCO will be kept confidential but JETCO may provide such information to:
- any personnel, agent, adviser, auditor, contractor or service provider who provides services or advice to JETCO in connection with JETCO's operations
- JETCO's members
- any person under a duty of confidentiality to JETCO
- any person to whom JETCO is required to make disclosure under any law applicable in or outside Hong Kong
- any actual or proposed transferee or participant of JETCO's operations

Data security
Personal data held by JETCO is kept confidential by restricting access to authorised personnel.

Data retention
JETCO retains personal data for the purposes mentioned above. Data which are no longer required are destroyed.

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
Under this Ordinance, you may have the right:
- to check whether JETCO holds data about you and to access such data
- to require JETCO to correct any inaccurate data relating to you
- to ascertain JETCO's policies and practices in relation to personal data and the kind of personal data held by JETCO
JETCO may charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request.

Terms of Service

By using JETCO's payment service ("Service"), you agree to accept these terms:

1.	The Service is operated by Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd. ("JETCO"), and provides a computer-operated mechanism to enable you to make online payment. The input payment details will be transmitted without checking to the relevant bank for payment.
2.	By reason of its open structure, communications over the Internet may be delayed, interrupted or corrupted. JETCO cannot be responsible for any delay or error in your payment, or for any unauthorized instructions, or for any payment to a wrong party.
3.	While JETCO uses reasonable efforts to provide correct information, it cannot guarantee that the information provided will be accurate, or that the information or your access will be free of computer viruses.
4.	JETCO's liability for any loss is limited to an amount equal to HK$100 or, if less, your direct damages. In no event is JETCO liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss (even if it has notice of the possibility of such losses). JETCO is not liable for the consequences of any event outside its control.
5.	The content of this website is our copyright. You may download, store and use the information on this website only for your personal reference. You may not republish, retransmit or otherwise make the information available to any other party or otherwise use the information without our express prior consent.
6.	The Service may be terminated, suspended or varied without notice.
